Saint Asonia delivers a night of intense Energy and Unforgettable Hits for Lexington Fans with Any Given Sin and All Saints Fade.

On a crisp Saturday evening, Manchester Music Hall in Lexington came alive with the electrifying sounds of rock. Headlining the show was none other than Saint Asonia, supported by the dynamic band Any Given Sun and local Lexington favorites All Saints Fade.

2024 has been a busy year for Saint Asonia, coming off the final dates of a tour with Black Stone Cherry and straight into a headline series of dates.  The band also has a long string of spring dates with Staind and Seether. Lexington metal and rock aficionados didn’t miss their opportunity to see Saint Asonia, flocking to Manchester Music Hall – Walking into the venue the crowd buzzed with anticipation, and the energy was palpable.

As the lights dimmed, the crowd erupted as Saint Asonia emerged from the shadows. The band wasted no time, launching into their opening track, “Above It All.” – The combination of Gontier’s haunting vocals and the pulsating rhythm section had the audience entranced from the opening notes of the evening. Over the next 90 minutes Saint Asonia gave Lexington fans everything they could ask for and then some. While the evening focused on their Introvert/Extrovert album with “Bite the Bullet,” “Chew Me Up” and “So What”  they also reached back into their legacy with “Better Place” from their 2015 self-titled debut along with Beast from 2019’s Flawed Design album. The evening wouldn’t have been complete without scorching renditions of Three Days Grace songs “Never to Late” “I Hate Everything About You” and “Riot” that raised the energy level to a completely new plane.

As the final notes faded, the applause was deafening. Saint Asonia had delivered a performance that would linger in our memories long after the lights came back on. The Manchester Music Hall had witnessed rock ‘n’ roll magic, and we were all part of it!

I’m not sure how it’s possible but in case you are not familiar with Saint Asonia, the band is comprised of heavy hitters Adam Gontier (former Three Days Grace frontman) and Mike Mushok (Staind guitarist/founding member), along with bassist Cole Gontier and drummer Cody Watkins.

Providing the main support this evening was Maryland based rockers Any Given Sin. Featuring the Intense, soaring an deeply felt vocals of frontman Victor Ritchie along with, guitarist Mike Conner, bassist Rich Stevenson and Mike Showalter on drums, Any Given Sin opened their all to short set with a knockout punch of familiar hits  “Insidious,” ”Another Life” and their current mega hit “Dynamite”!

Touring in support of 2023’s release of War Within, The band’s raw energy and tight performance set the stage for what was to come. Just as they started, Any Given Sin closed out their set with” The Way I Say Goodbye” and “House on Fire” proving to be musical compliment of the evening and leaving Lexington fans wanting more!

Kicking the night off was All Saints Fade, representing the local Lexington, Kentucky scene. Their gritty vocals and powerful guitar riffs resonated with the crowd. They proved that rock is alive and well in the heart of the Bluegrass State.
