Tetrarch blow the doors off the Tiger Room with Nothing Wrong, Era of Machines and Tetrasteede.
Blasting onto the metal scene in 2017 with the release of their full-length album, Freak, Atlanta, Georgia rockers Tetrarch are definitely a band to watch. Their lead single, “Freak” has been in heavy play rotation on Sirius XM Octane and the song recently hit the Top 50 on Active Rock Charts. The show in Louisville came towards the tail end of Tetrarch’s 24 show, 6 week Twisted Dreams tour starting in Las Vegas and ending in Kansas City, MO.
Bursting onto the Tiger Room stage with a purpose, Tetrarch poured out as much energy as is humanly possible while rolling through a set featuring a number of songs from their Freak album including “Oddity” and “Pull the Trigger”. Musically, frontman and guitarist Josh Fore and lead guitarist Diamond Rowe are a formidable team, feeding off each other continuously through the set. Bassist Ryan Lerner was a man in perpetual motion the entire evening while laying down plenty of heavy chords. Sitting up high on his perch, demonstrative drummer Ruben Limas seemed to be having a blast all evening. Tetrarch finished up their all to short set with their top hit “Freak” ending the evening on a high note and serving notice that there is much more to come from them in 2019.
Local promoter Terry Harper always seems to match up great local bands with the touring headliners and tonight was no different.
Providing the main support this evening were Taylorsville, Kentucky rockers Nothing Wrong who rolled through a hard-hitting set of original songs including “Follow The Moths”. Louisville metallers Era of Machines performed second this evening delivering a solid set of original songs including “Voyager” and “Easy Way Out”. Southern Indiana based Tetrasteede started the evening out with an all too short set of original songs ending with the first song they had ever written “Call Their Names.
