The Faim lights up Louisville on Inaugural US tour with a power-packed set of hard driving rock.
If you haven’t heard about Australian Alternative/Rock/Pop Punk band rockers The Faim, that is about to change. Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, The Faim was formed back in 2014 by friends Josh Raven- lead vocals, Sam Tye – lead guitar/ bass/vocals, Stephen Beerkens – bass/keyboard, and drummer Sean Tighe while they were still in high school.
The Faim is touring in support of their debut EP, Summer Is A Curse which was released on September 7th, 2018. The six-song EP was recorded with the veteran producer, John Feldmann (blink-182, All Time Low, Good Charlotte) and is the precursor to their anxiously awaited full-length album, said to be finished in 2019.
Making their first tour of the United States in support of Hands Like Houses and Emarosa, The Faim rolled through an all too short set covering the entire Summer Is A Curse EP including the anthemic “Saints And Sinners” before closing with the title track from the debut EP. The guys were nothing but energy from the opening chords of their first song, serving notice to all that The Faim is a band not to miss in 2019.
